Longo brings deep experience in healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and revenue growth. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Penguin AI, where he helped scale solutions that automate complex administrative and clinical workflows for payers, providers, and risk-bearing organizations. His background includes leadership roles at McKesson, Blue Spark Technologies, Gorilla Health, and Sunquest, where he consistently drove market expansion, built high-performing teams, and contributed to successful exits and acquisitions.

He later drove growth at Blue Spark Technologies by advancing remote patient monitoring solutions in clinical trials. At Sunquest, he led sales expansion across hospital systems, helping the company achieve 72 percent market share and ultimately contributing to its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners.
Longo, who will continue to be a senior advisor for PenguinAI, said he will utilize his expertise developing proven growth processes to expand sales for Spectator Health in assisted living, board and care, and home-based care settings, while building strategic partnerships with payers and healthcare organizations.
